固定飲酒的習慣可能增加心律不整風險 人氣: 3210
在過去的研究中曾有科學家發現,輕微至中等程度的飲酒量(女性每周最多不超過7次、男性最多不超過14次標準飲量),可能有益於減少心臟疾病發生的風險,特別是冠狀動脈疾病,然而根據《Journal of the American College of Cardiology》刊登澳洲貝克IDI心臟與糖尿病研究所(Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute)的最新發表,卻發現這項推論於心律不整的狀況未必正確;事實上研究團隊發現,有定期飲酒習慣的人,就算每天只多喝一杯,也和較高的心律不整(irregular heart rhythms)發生風險有關。研究中,作者分析超過900,000位具有規律飲酒習慣的受試者資料,追蹤結果發現,每天固定飲用一份標準酒量(定義為約5%酒精濃度的啤酒340ml,或12%酒精濃度的葡萄酒140ml),即可能增加心律不整的風險達8%。
